Our History and Values

Cernita Assemblaggi was founded in 2009 as a sole proprietorship during a period of global crisis that severely impacted the rubber and plastics sector. Despite the challenges, we started from scratch, facing each obstacle with determination and building our company step by step.

On January 1, 2012, to accommodate continuous growth and increasingly complex operational demands, we changed our company structure, officially becoming CA - Cernita Assemblaggi S.A.S. This transformation marked a turning point, allowing us to strengthen our core values: quality, reliability, and a service that is always ready to promptly address our customers' urgent needs.

In 2016, we reached a major milestone: obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification, a guarantee of high standards and an essential requirement for collaborating with the best companies in the industry.

Over time, we have not only expanded our professional expertise but also invested in infrastructure and technology. In January 2020, we moved to a new operational facility with 1,000 square meters of production space, located just 500 meters from the Ponte Oglio highway exit. This strategic location allows us to optimize pickups and deliveries, further improving our service for customers.

With the installation of a UTP optical sorter, we have enhanced our production capacity, ensuring fast and precise processing to meet urgent demands. Additionally, to provide an even more innovative service, we have developed a customized app that enables customers to monitor the progress of their orders in real time, reducing communication time and costs.
